These Terms govern use of the Punch Guys website. They do not replace a project-specific estimate, proposal, work order, or written service agreement.

1. Permitted Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files, or use website content in a misleading manner.

2. General Information; No Public Offer

Website content is general information and may change without notice. Listing a service, image, or description is not a binding offer to perform work and does not create a contract until the parties agree in writing on scope, price, and other material terms.

3. Estimates, Proposals, and Pricing

Telephone, form-based, or photo-based estimates are preliminary unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Final pricing may change after inspection, discovery of concealed conditions, scope changes, materials, access, timing, or property requirements. Only an accepted written estimate or other written agreement is binding.

4. Service Scope and Licensing

Punch Guys provides painting, cosmetic finishing, punch-list, cleaning, pressure-washing, mounting, assembly, and other non-structural property-support services only where those services may legally be provided without a professional or contractor license, permit, or specialized certification.

Punch Guys does not advertise, contract for, or perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, engineering, mold-remediation, asbestos, gas, refrigerant, fire/water restoration, or other work requiring a license, permit, or specialized certification. Nothing on this website is an offer to perform such work.

5. Scheduling, Access, and Safety

Scheduling is subject to availability, property conditions, materials, weather, and customer coordination. The customer is responsible for lawful access, disclosure of known hazards, and reasonably safe working conditions. Punch Guys may decline or stop work when conditions are unsafe, undisclosed, or regulated.

6. Materials, Third Parties, and Payment

Materials may be customer-supplied or purchased by separate agreement. Deposits, milestone billing, payment on completion, time-and-materials billing, and change work are governed by the applicable written proposal. Any required licensed specialist or third-party service must be arranged separately and lawfully.

7. User Submissions

By sending text, photographs, or files, you grant Punch Guys a limited permission to use them to review your inquiry, prepare an estimate, schedule, and perform agreed work. You represent that you have the right to share them and will not upload unlawful, malicious, or rights-infringing material.

8. Portfolio Materials

Portfolio images may show overall property conditions together with selected work performed by Punch Guys. They do not state that Punch Guys completed every visible item or served as general contractor. Customer-specific images are used publicly only where Punch Guys has an appropriate right or permission.

9. Intellectual Property

Website text, logos, graphics, arrangement, and original materials belong to Punch Guys or are used lawfully. They may not be copied, republished, or used to mislead consumers without permission.

10. Website Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability of general website information for a particular situation. Any warranty for agreed work is governed by the project-specific written agreement and applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Punch Guys is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded and does not replace the terms of a project-specific service agreement.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse reasonable losses and costs resulting from your unlawful website use, violation of these Terms, or submission of material that infringes another person's rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer rights and venue rules remain applicable where they cannot lawfully be changed by agreement.

14. Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
